1. Return & Exchange Period
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
All items must be in the same condition as delivered (no stains, odors, or damage). Brand new items with tags, must have tags attached (if they were included).
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be purchased directly from Heat Dept.
All items must be in the same condition as delivered (no stains, odors, or damage).
Shoes must be returned in their original box or packaging.
3. Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and must be paid in full unless the order qualifies for free shipping under Heat Dept.’s standard shipping thresholds.
Daily deal and third-party website coupon codes do not contribute toward free‑shipping minimums.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards;
Clearance or Final-Sale items (unless defective);
Items damaged due to improper use;
Items purchased via promotional voucher, discount card, or daily deal website offer.
5. Return Process
We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all return requests, and will provide reasoning for either scenario.

Our team will review your request and if approved provide instructions and return address.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Exchanges
Heat Dept. specializes in brand new and pre‑owned items, many of which are unique, single‑quantity items. Because of this, all products are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis and exchange items are subject to availability.
If you request an exchange, Heat Dept. will ship the new item as soon as we receive and verify the returned item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for an exchange or full refund at no additional cost.
