Daily Deal and Third-Party Website Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all Heat Dept. purchases made through daily deal and third-party websites and promotions. By redeeming a voucher or coupon code, customers agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Final Sale Policy (Daily Deal and Third-Party Purchases)

All purchases made through daily deal and third-party websites are final sale.
Unless otherwise specified, the daily deal and third-party websites standard refund policy do not apply to Heat Dept. promotions.

Heat Dept. is unable to provide:

Refunds
Exchanges
Store credit
Adjustments or partial refunds

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Coupon Code Terms

Daily deal and third-party websites coupon codes issued for promotion are subject to the following rules:

Valid for product purchases only
Coupon value may be applied toward eligible merchandise sold on Heat Dept.com
Not valid toward shipping costs
Shipping fees must be paid separately and are not discountable.
One-time use only
Each coupon code may be redeemed a single time.
Coupon value does not expire
The promotional value remains valid until fully redeemed.
Not valid with any other offers
Coupons cannot be combined with additional discounts, promotions, or coupon codes.
No cash value
Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or used as a cash equivalent.
No cash back or credit for unused value
If the order total is less than the coupon value, the remaining balance is forfeited.

3. Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and must be paid in full unless the order qualifies for Free Shipping under Heat Dept.’s standard shipping thresholds.

Daily deal and third-party website coupon codes do not contribute toward free‑shipping minimums.

4. Product Availability

Heat Dept. specializes in brand new and pre‑owned items, many of which are unique, single‑quantity items. Because of this, all products are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee availability. An item may sell out before checkout is completed.

In the rare event that a purchased item becomes unavailable due to simultaneous orders or inventory discrepancies, Heat Dept. will contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution.

5. Pre‑Owned Condition & Wear

Heat Dept. offers a curated selection of brand new, pre‑owned, and vintage items.
Pre‑owned items may show signs of wear consistent with age and previous use.

To ensure transparency:

Each item is photographed individually
Any visible flaws, wear, or discrepancies are noted in the product description
Condition ratings (e.g., EUC – Excellent Used Condition) are provided when applicable
Colors shown in product photos are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings

Customers are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the item’s described condition.

6. Authenticity

Every item listed on Heat Dept. is carefully inspected and verified to the best of our ability prior to sale. Heat Dept. strives to offer 100% authentic products.

However, due to the nature of selling pre‑owned and vintage items:

Some items cannot be fully authenticated by our team
When full authentication is not possible, this will be clearly noted in the product description
Such items are priced accordingly, often significantly below typical market value

Customers should review product descriptions for any authenticity notes before purchasing.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the authenticity information provided for that item.
