Heat Dept. operates as a retailer of authentic streetwear and lifestyle apparel, including both new and pre-owned items. By accessing this website, you agree to follow all applicable laws and these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities under your account are your responsibility.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation and checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We accept major credit/debit cards and Crypto.
Prices are listed in the currency shown.
Heat Dept. does not charge tax.
Heat Dept. reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability.
Heat Dept. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
All items must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Product Availability

Heat Dept. specializes in brand new and pre‑owned items, many of which are unique, single‑quantity items. Because of this, all products are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Adding an item to the cart does not guarantee availability. An item may sell out before checkout is completed.

In the rare event that a purchased item becomes unavailable due to simultaneous orders or inventory discrepancies, Heat Dept. will contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution.

7. Pre‑Owned Condition & Wear

Heat Dept. offers a curated selection of brand new, pre‑owned, and vintage items.
Pre‑owned items may show signs of wear consistent with age and previous use.

To ensure transparency:

Each item is photographed individually
Any visible flaws, wear, or discrepancies are noted in the product description
Condition ratings (e.g., EUC – Excellent Used Condition) are provided when applicable
Colors shown in product photos are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings

Customers are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts the item’s described condition.

8. Product Authenticity

Every item listed on Heat Dept. is carefully inspected and verified to the best of our ability prior to sale. Heat Dept. strives to offer 100% authentic products.

However, due to the nature of selling pre‑owned and vintage items:

Some items cannot be fully authenticated by our team;
Pre-owned and vintage items are inspected for condition and verified before listing;
When full authentication is not possible, this will be clearly noted in the product description;
Such items are priced accordingly, often significantly below typical market value;

Any concerns about authenticity must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Heat Dept. or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Heat Dept. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased.
